1. Use of Nerve

Nerve is a modular Discord management platform designed to provide tools for server management, security, integrations, and related administrative functions.

You may only use Nerve in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Server Administration

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Nerve is configured and used within their Discord servers.

This includes managing permissions, roles, modules, integrations, stored records, and access provided to staff members.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Nerve to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Abuse, exploit, disrupt, or attempt to damage Nerve services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Nerve systems or data.
• Use Nerve to distribute malware, scams, or malicious content.
• Use Nerve to harass, threaten, or unlawfully target individuals.
• Attempt to bypass usage, security, or storage limitations.

4. Data and Content

Nerve may store information necessary to provide enabled features, such as server settings, configuration data, user identifiers, moderation records, staff records, logs, and other module-related information.

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring that content entered into Nerve is appropriate and lawfully collected.

5. Storage and Resource Limits

Nerve may apply storage, request, processing, or usage limits to protect service reliability and ensure fair use.

Servers using significantly more resources than normal may receive warnings, rate limits, restricted functionality, or temporary limits until usage is reduced or additional storage options are configured.

Specific limits may change as Nerve's infrastructure and services develop.

6. External Services and Integrations

Nerve may connect with Discord, game servers, storage providers, databases, webhooks, APIs, and other external services.

Nerve is not responsible for outages, changes, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party services.

7. Availability

Nerve is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any specific feature.

Features may be changed, added, restricted, temporarily disabled, or removed as Nerve continues development.

8. Suspension or Termination

Access to Nerve may be restricted or terminated when a user or server violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates security risks, or significantly disrupts platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nerve is provided without guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerve and its operators are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, server disputes, moderation actions, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Nerve develops or as legal, operational, or platform requirements change.

Continued use of Nerve after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
