4. Server Administrator Responsibility
Nerve provides tools that allow Discord server administrators to create and manage records.
Server administrators are responsible for determining how their server uses Nerve and ensuring that information entered into Nerve is collected and used appropriately.

Nerve may store information using databases, storage services, or other infrastructure necessary to provide its features.
Some servers may also choose to connect external storage or third-party services. Information stored through those services may additionally be governed by the privacy policies of those providers.

Certain information may be deleted automatically based on retention settings, storage limits, server configuration, or removal of the Nerve bot.

11. Removing Nerve From a Server
Removing the Nerve bot from a Discord server may stop future collection of server activity through the bot.
Existing data may remain temporarily where necessary for backups, account recovery, security, legal obligations, or other legitimate operational purposes.
12. Children's Privacy
Nerve is intended to be used in accordance with Discord's age requirements and applicable laws.
Nerve does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from individuals who are not permitted to use Discord or Nerve services.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Nerve develops, adds new features, or changes its infrastructure and legal requirements.
